The WNRS-FM Fundraiser was very successful!! Thank you for
showing your support and helping keep modern rock playing in Central Virginia.
WNRS-FM, Sweet Briar College's radio station, brings Lynchburg, Amherst and Sweet Briar the best of modern rock
programming from WNRN. WNRN provides our listeners with modern rock, but also includes
specialty shows with a wide variety of programming. Check them out at wnrn.org.
WNRN is solely supported by donations from listeners and by business
underwriting. There are no commercials
"91-9, WNRN, Charlottesville - Modern Rock and No Commercials!" Sweet Briar DJs (both Sweet Briar College students and others who live in the area) take
over the airwaves Sunday-Thursday 7pm until Midnight when Sweet Briar College is in session, bringing a mix of modern rock and new/current releases every hour. All other times
WNRN programming is simulcast on 89.9.
